2. What items are eligible for free delivery?
All Fulfilled by Amazon items (excluding pantry) are eligible for free delivery on first order. Free delivery promotion is not applicable to Seller Fulfilled items and pantry items. In case, you have placed a Seller fulfilled order on the Amazon.in before your first Fulfilled by Amazon order purchase, you will not be eligible for Free Delivery.
3. What if I order one FBA and one Seller fulfilled/Pantry item together in my first order?
You will get free delivery on FBA items in your cart. However, delivery charge for Seller fulfilled/Pantry item will continue to apply even on first order.
4. Will I get free guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery?
Free delivery is applicable only for Standard Delivery. Non-Prime customers will need to pay a delivery charge for guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery.
5. What if I have a payment failure/cancel or return my first order, will I still be eligible for promotion?
Yes, you will still be eligible for free delivery on your first order. Once your payment failure/order cancellation /return is confirmed, you will be eligible for free delivery until you place your first successful order.
6. I have placed digital order/Prime Now order/amazon business/Amazon Easy (My Bazaar) order in the past, will I still be eligible for promotion?
