The cashback will be provided as Amazon Gift Card redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account.

• The Offer is applicable only for customers who purchase a paid one-year / annual Prime membership (either a first time paid Prime membership or renewal of the Prime membership post at least 90 days of end of the Prime membership) during the Offer Period and satisfy all terms and conditions for the Offer. A customer whose Prime membership expired on October 20, 2019 or during a period of 90 days before October 20, 2019 will not be eligible for the Offer. This Join Prime and get ₹ 200 back offer (“Offer”) is provided and made available on www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
The Offer is valid during Great Indian Festival 2019 between from 20 October to 25 October, 2019, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
During the Offer Period, any customer who successfully purchases one-year / annual paid Prime membership during the offer period and shops for minimum ₹1000 on the same day, will receive ₹200 cashback on the amount paid by the customer for the Prime membership (“Benefit”), provided however that a customer will not be entitled to avail the Benefit, if such customer’s paid Prime membership expired on on October 20, 2019 or during a period of 90 days before October 20, 2019. In other words, any customer is only renewing his/her expired membership during Offer Period will not be eligible for this Offer.

The maximum Benefit that can be availed by a customer during the Offer Period is ₹200. The Benefit will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into the Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
This Offer can be availed by each customer only once during the Offer Period. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer available in relation to Amazon Prime during the Offer Period.
