Offer Terms and Conditions
1.This promotional offer (“Offer”) is being provided to you by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL") and is made available on the website www.ama...in, and the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).

2.All SBI Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card (“Card”) with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.

3.The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st February 2019 (“Offer Period”), unless extended by SBICPSL at their sole discretion.

4.Under the Offer, any customer who makes a purchase of any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in and makes payment using a Card during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 15% provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 1,500.

5.The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 600 per Card account.

6.The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the EMI facility provided by SBICPSL.

7.For purchases made on Amazon Prime Now App, the same offer, as mentioned above, would apply. However, Cardholders would get Cashback instead of Instant Discount. Cashback, in this case, will be posted by SBICPSL in the Card account on 7th March 2019.

8.This Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.

9.This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

10.Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
