Mahabachat Cashback Terms & Conditions

Future Pay:-

Offer is only valid for 9th to 15th Aug 2019 on the shopping of Rs.3000 or more in a single bill
It is not mandatory for a customer to pay by Future Pay to avail the FREE CASH Offer
The details of the offer are as follows:
On shopping of Rs. 3000 -5,999 – Customer will receive Rs.600 as FREE Cash in Future Pay’s Wallet
600 Cash will be credited as Rs.100 for 6 Months starting 1st Sep’19 till Feb’20
On shopping of Rs. 6000-Rs.24999 – Customer will receive Rs.1200 as FREE Cash in Future Pay’s Wallet
1200 Cash will be credited as Rs.200 for 6 Months starting 1st Sep’19 till Feb’20
On shopping of Rs.25000 or more – Customer will receive Rs.2100 as FREE Cash in Future Pay’s Wallet
2100 Cash will be credited as Rs.350 for 6 Months starting 1st Sep’19 till Feb’20
25000 offer is not applicable on the purchase of Cameras, desktops, laptops, mobiles, tablets & iPads.
Free Cash in Big Bazaar Wallet will only be given on the mobile number provided by Customer at the time of billing
In case of multiple bills with the same mobile number provided, only the first bill will be considered for the offer
There is no minimum shopping required to redeem the FREE CASH of Rs.100/Rs.200/Rs.350 Credited in Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet
Unutilized promotional balance shall expire at the end of each month and will be deducted from the wallet
100/ Rs.200/Rs.350 Credited as Cash in Future Pay Wallet will always be deducted first in case of spends with Big Bazaar Wallet
Customer needs to download and register on the Future Pay App with the mobile number given at the time of billing to the cashier by 16th Aug19 to receive the Cash in the Wallet
Cash in Wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, FBB, HyperCity & ezone
In case the payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable
Offer is not applicable on Utility bill payments, loading your Future Pay Wallet, purchase or renewal of Big Bazaar Profit Club or on purchase of Gift Vouchers
Customer needs to validate that the number provided to Cashier by him / her is the same as the one printed on the bill
Future Retail Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice
Customer can download Future Pay App on mobile from Google Play Store / App Store or by giving a missed call on 8010-350-000
Any dispute should be referred to the Future Retail Limited & the decision of the Company shall be final
All legal disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
The FREE CASH in Future Pay Wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet (non-transferable)
Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited
In addition, Future Pay terms and conditions shall also apply to the cash given in the Future Pay Wallet

The voucher is valid at all BB outlets across India.
The BB voucher is valid for 1 year.

FRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.
An entrant to this activity indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
