You can avail the offer only once on Cleartrip Local. If you transact more than once using the same card, your booking will be confirmed but you will not get any savings on your 2nd Cleartrip Local transaction.
The instant saving is applicable per transaction basis. In case you do multiple bookings in a single transaction, you will still receive savings applicable for a single transaction only.
In case you cancel the booking (in part or full) the entire savings availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Cardholders’). During the period 14 July 2016 to 15 August 2016 (both days included) (‘Offer Period’), Cardholders will be entitled to a 50% discount (hereinafter referred to as ‘instant savings’) upto a maximum instant savings of INR 750 per transaction on booking an ‘Activity’ or ‘Eat out’ experience under the ‘Local’ tab on the Cleartrip Mobile App using their valid HSBC Credit Cards (‘Cards’) and applying the coupon code CTLOCALHSBC. (‘Offer’)
The Offer is applicable on Cleartrip Local ‘Activities’ and ‘Eat out’ only. It is not applicable on ‘Events’ and ‘Fitness’.
The Offer is valid on one transaction booked during the Offer Period.
These offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Cleartrip.com.
The offers are valid only for bookings done by downloading the Cleartrip Mobile App available for iOS on the App Store, for Android on Google Play Store, and for Windows Mobile Phones on the Windows Store. Transactions made through any mode other than the Cleartrip Mobile App will not be eligible for the offer.
To avail of the Offer, the Cardholder must use the applicable Coupon code when booking on the Cleartrip Mobile App, and then make the payment using a valid HSBC Credit Card. If the coupon code is not entered correctly then the transaction will not be eligible for the discount.
Cardholders can avail the offer on one transaction booked during the Offer Period. For multiple bookings in a single transaction, Cardholder will receive the instant savings applicable for a single booking only i.e maximum INR 750. If the Cardholder does more than one transaction during the Offer Period, the bookings will be confirmed but the Cardholder will not receive any instant savings from the second transaction onwards. All bookings are subject to availability.
Whilst the offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period, the dates for the ‘Activity’/ ‘Eat out’ experience are open.
In case of cancellation of booking (in part or full), the instant savings amount will not be refunded and standard cancellation policy of Cleartrip (as specified on Cleartrip website) will apply.
Prior to using the Cleartrip Mobile App, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said mobile app, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the mobile app prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfillment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same.
The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Cleartrip and the Cardholders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the offer.
HSBC and Cleartrip reserve the right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the discretion of HSBC and Cleartrip and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
HSBC and Cleartrip reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, these offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
