Its Airtel so there will definitely some cheat. Today i recharged airtel with 129 Rs plan , i thought it will deducted Rs 26 that i got from Rs 35 rc but they deduct entire money from main balance so my 26 TT will expire as i can’t use that money since i am already on unlimited plan
Airtel stopped adding this 26 to main balance long time back. Truly CHORTEL.
Why Airtel introducing now, thhey should do before Jio. Because they never understand Customers real pulse, only they know how to copy from others.

I have worst jio network in my area and airtel has the best network
because of jio airtel will reduce price and will give more offers
ultimately its the customers who will win until there is a monopoly of one company
Even in my area, Airtel is best so I am stuck with their postpaid plan. And they try and often succeed in extracting additional billing amount. Running after them for resolution is just a big waste of time. So I am allowing them to cheat me for the time being, but the moment Jio service recovers I will switch. This is what Airtel is, they will always ensure the customer is never loyal to them.
Recently I recharged with 199 plan but Airtel TV premium not activated. So I mailed and tweet them.
Surprisingly they replied to me on twitter that your plan don’t come with Tv premium.
They took 15 days to activate it.

Airtel is bit costly but gives better service..jio has to work on better service.used almost all network and now finally hanging with idea( better coverage while on travel) and Airtel (better speed and less drops)…
PS: still going to stick with hathway…yearly plan 50MBpS no fup@ 3500/- is better

I am on jio giga fibre from last 1 month in noida (NCR), 2 times it has been disconnected and later fixed. Landline which was provided with jio giga fibre is not working from last 10 days and no one want to resolve the issue. I was ( just disconnected) airtel broadband customer from last 13 yrs and had problems less than 10 times in 13 years. For service, no one can beat airtel specially in broadband section. All Employees from Airtel to Jio are very happy and satisfied, but all jio/ reliance employees for working in airtel have no work-life balance. I have spoken to both airtel to jio and vice versa employees in customer support/sales.
I agree with you. I used airtel broadband for 10 years and there was hardly 5 times issues. Now using Jio Fiber from last 1 year and have already seen issues 8-9 times
I hate airtel! even though their network is 2nd best to vodafone (jio’s network is unstable in my area)… their customer service is truly irritating.
Ive long list of complains esp some years back when they charged exorbitant data charges on my parents’ postpaid bills when they both never used any internet, mom’s phone did not even had a internet browser!!

I disconnected airtel broadband as max speed was 16 mbps and jio was 80 mbps. Airtel was definately best in quality of service with almost nil in issues
You must be on copper line then. You should have gone with vFiber, they are offering speeds up to 300MBPS now.
What is the criteria for high paying customer ? I am on their 40 MB plan for 799 + tax
You forget days when Airtel provided free incoming! I used to keep airtel sim at home for incoming with rs50 bal & no recharge for 4 month. Jio forced to recharge monthly
Airtel is not available at all locations even in cities
But ambani is there at every corner of india 
If I have unlimited plan validity for next 3 more days and if I recharge again with same plan today, whether the next recharge gets effective immediately today or after 3 days..
If it’s 1st case then it is chortel for sure…

Common sometime in future you or me may call JIO is also thirsty, but having said that this is tectonic shift from the past
This is why i don’t support airtel. in other words i hate the game that they are playing. They will loot customer shamelessly if they can.
they are only changing their behavior because they had to, otherwise they love exploiting our pocket. i can feel the burn after jio came with their plans. i feel satisfied when i don’t use airtel. i hope more people can see their dirty politics.
Airtel is like Congress….Jio is like BJP ….. 
Vodafone has become a shit.. They keep on deducting balance and even they don’t know why the balance was deducted.. Every time you call them you get different reasons.. One thing that’s common is balance can’t be refunded.. And if you are lucky sometime they activate some service without any sms or notification or anything… You can join vodafone if you keep on checking your balance every hour… Because even customer care would imitate refund if you call within 24 hours of service being activated.. Otherwise it can’t be refunded.. So better take jio.. Primary secondary tertiary… Recharge once every 3-4 months and that’s enough to keep sim active..
Edit : I’m not crying for small amount. I had 500+ just 2-3 months back and now have 58.. And I haven’t used this for any call sms data or even for any plan (recharge for 35) all the balance were deducted by Vodafone.. And well i fought but got nothing..
