• These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

• All residents of India holding a valid debit and credit card issued by Bank (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).

• The Offer is valid from June 25, 2018 to June 27, 2018 or until stocks of the Products (defined below) that are made available by the sellers on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and Bank, without any prior notice and without any liability.

• Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any of the following new products: a) laptops, b) air conditioners, c) washing machines, d) refrigerators (each a “Product”) on Amazon.in, and makes payment for the Product(s) using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of 10% on such purchased Product(s), provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 5,000 on a per transaction basis. In other words, customers who purchase the Product in accordance with the above and during the Offer Period will pay the list price of the Product determined by the sellers less 10%. Cardholders need to check the offer eligibility on the Product Page.

• Each Cardholder can avail a maximum discount of INR 2,000 (Indian Rupees two thousand only) per Card under this Offer, irrespective of number of purchases during the Offer Period.

• The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 5,000. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 5,000, such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.

• The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) at Amazon.in will also eligible for this Offer.

• This Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.

• This Offer can be availed / clubbed with a no-cost equated monthly installment (EMI) promotion, if any, on the Product. In other words, if no-cost EMI promotion is being availed by the Cardholder on the Product, then the Cardholder will also be eligible for this Offer.

• This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

• Amazon and/or Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

• Amazon and/or Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.

• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

• All disputes between the Cardholders and Bank will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and Bank.
