1. Get 30% cashback (up to ₹125) on the first valid transaction via PhonePe (UPI, Debit card, Credit card) during the offer period.
2. Offer period is from 11th September 2017 (00:00:00 Hours) till 30th September 2017 (23:59:59 Hours).
3. UPI payment is valid and eligible for the offer if:
i. It is the first UPI payment during the offer period.
ii. payment was done using PhonePe app (i.e. UPI pin needs to be entered inside the PhonePe app).
4. Offer will not be applicable on payments (or part of payment) made using PhonePe wallet.
5. In case of partial payments using wallet balance and UPI/Cards, only the amount paid using UPI/Cards will be considered for the offer.
6. This offer will be valid once per PhonePe user.
7. Cashback will be credited into the PhonePe Wallet within 24 hrs of a successful payment.
8. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or cashbacks.
9. Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner merchants.
10. Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
11. In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.\12. Refunds would be processed on a pro-rata basis.
13. In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and you seek a refund, cash back credited to Non-withdrawable section will be adjusted to withdrawable at the time of refunds if the same is not utilized by the Customer.
14. PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
15. In case of dispute, PhonePe reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
