Offer Details
The offer will commence on 21 January 2017 and will end on 23 January 2017 (both days inclusive).
The offer will be given to all the customers purchasing on Snapdeal during the offer period (i.e. 21 January 2017 to 23 January 2017).
Every Customer purchasing through Snapdeal will be eligible to receive the offer i.e. 1 (one) voucher to each customer. Customers who cancel their order will not be eligible for the offer.
The Prize consists of Free Burger King Whopper burger on purchase of 1 (one) Whopper meal on any of the Burger King (termed herein as the ‘Brand’) outlet. The offer will be exclusive of applicable taxes or other charges levied by the Brand.
Once the winner has been selected, the offer details will be sent on the respective winner(s) registered email ID.
The offer will be provided to the winner(s) on or before 30th January 2017, by Snapdeal.
The offer will be applicable for the customers in the following cities – Amritsar, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Delhi, Gurugram , Hyderabad, Jaipur, Karnal, Ludhiana, Mohali, Mumbai, Nasik, New Delhi, Noida, Pune, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Surat, Vijaywada, Zirakpur and Ghaziabad.
The Whopper Burger will be provided free of cost, basis purchase of 1 Whopper Meal on any of the Burger King outlet. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of taxes and cost of using various services, will have to be borne by the bearer of the Voucher.
You will have to buy 1 Whopper Meal and will receive another Whooper Burger free of cost, for equal or lesser value of the Whopper Burger purchased.
You hereby agree that Snapdeal will not be liable or responsible in any manner, whatsoever, for any matter in relation to the Prize and/or distribution of the Prize by the Brand.
How to redeem the offer voucher?
Customers receiving Email/SMS communication from Snapdeal with the Burger King Offer needs to show the e- Voucher/SMS of the Offer, containing the unique code to the staff of the Brand’s outlet, prior to placing a Dine-In order.
Basis the validation of the coupon, the customer will be eligible for the FREE WHOPPER on the purchase of any WHOPPER meal.
The customer is entitled to avail only 1 FREE Whopper per coupon.
Terms & Conditions
Offer: The Offer shall mean the above offer provided by Burger King India Private Limited (“BKIPL”); being that the customer of Jasper Infotech Private Limited “Snapdeal” who receives the unique code vide email and sms of the offer from Snapdeal (“Offer”) and on presenting the same, such customer will be able to avail a free Veg/Chicken Whopper on the purchase of a Veg/Chicken Whopper Meal from a Burger King ® store in India .
The said Offer and redemption of the Offer will be valid from 20th January 2017 to 28th February 2017 (“Validity Period”)
The said Offer is valid only for Dine In orders at Burger King India Private Limited stores in India. Offer not valid on delivery orders. The Offer is valid till stocks last.
The said Offer applicable only on one bill one Offer basis and is not valid on multiple purchases.
The Offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, either wholly or partially or any other product at any Burger King® stores. Only the customer of Snapdeal holding the email and sms can avail the Offer and the Offer is not transferable to any other person.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions, discounts and offers of BKIPL.
The Offer cannot be used for bulk orders over the value of Rs.1000/-.
The customers of Snapdeal agree that the logo/trade mark, art work provided with this Offer or in promotion of the Offer is the Intellectual Property of Burger King Corporation and/or BKIPL. BKIPL and /or Burger King Corporation reserves their rights to protect their rights in the event of misuse of the said Intellectual Property, as they may be advised.
BKIPL reserves the right to change the Validity Period or products redeemable with this Offer or the applicability of this Offer to a restricted number of Outlets, at any time without prior notice.
All BKIPL’s obligations under this Offer shall expire upon redemption of the Offer by presenting the unique code at any Burger King® stores along with the email and sms or upon the expiry of the Validity Period whichever is earlier.
BKIPL’s maximum liability is restricted to the amount of the bill or Rs. 119/- whichever is lower. Subject to this restriction, BKIPL and/or it’s associated/affiliate companies, contractors and any of its personnel involved in this Offer, assume no liability whatsoever.
In the event of a written dispute in regard to any aspect of the Offer and/or these terms and conditions, BKIPL’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence may be entered into.
Further disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Mumbai only.
