Wrong news about mi box as tv is to be powered with jio . Saw a tweet from jio and mi about their collaboration to be released on 14 and in the newspapers too that setup box will be inbuilt in the tv.

Wow! Not sure how many would be confident enough to invest on a product from Xiaomi that costs excess of 1 Lakh. Yes, they do build devices with decent quality but I personally dont find them too durable. A TV is something that will be used for a long duration and I wouldn’t really bet a lakh or more on a TV from Xiaomi irrespective of how low priced it is when compared with competition.

May be it will be a 50" 4A HDR variant which was launched in China last month for around 28k, because flipkart shows tagline easy on pockets means, it’s more likely this cheap 50" variant will launch I guess
