Is there any way we can thrash them for giving such response ?
they bring customer by giving offers and they will block by saying suspicious activities found.How it can happen without their knowledge even it happens it is their responsibility for not checking/testing properly.

yes. for non-kyc there are 4% charges to transfer to bank… for kyc guys its 1% charges.. i don’t think we cant do anything, even their customer care team will not respond properly… have you placed orders for multiple products using your accounts?

i only do recharges only if there is any good offers(hardly it comes) so rest i use to buy only amazon not from this platform wala paytm:evil:
