Flipkart Mobile Exchange Policy is a big #SCAM. Even though it is mentioned on there site that Exchane any smartphone in any codition, my Old phone (Sony Xperia L) was rejected & delivery associate asked me to Pay full Rs 1,900/- in order to get the phone.

I cancelled the said order and again placed a new order (without exchange) but with Rs 1,000/- phone pe offer.

In exchange can we give our basic button mobile phone as well?? Any expert please suggest
