• Make payment using Kotak Netbanking or Kotak UPI ID (VPA)

• Cumulative Value of transactions on an individual merchant (Amazon or Flipkart or Myntra) should be of minimum Rs. 5000 during the Offer Period to qualify for the Rs 500 Voucher and minimum Rs. 2000 during the offer period to qualify for the Rs 200 Voucher.
• Max 1 voucher per Customer 4 Eligible Customers for Vouchers shall be declared within 60 days from the last day of the Offer Period and the communication will be sent to all eligible Customer’ registered email id via email and registered mobile number via SMS, within 75 days from last day of Offer Period.

About the Offer

Customers who complete successful online payments on select online merchant website/app, using Kotak Net Banking or UPI with Kotak VPA as payment option during the offer period will get assured gift voucher worth upto Rs. 500.

How winners will be identified

Transactions are deemed eligible or qualified, when the Customer uses Kotak Net Banking or UPI with Kotak VPA to make online purchases on Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra only (“Participating Merchants”). Customer can complete the transactions either on merchant Website or on their Mobile App. Cumulative value of the purchases on an individual Merchant (Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra) using an individual channel (UPI or PG) during the offer period would be calculated to identify the winners.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer:

• This offer extends to the customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) who transact on ecommerce/merchant websites, where Kotak Net banking or UPI is available as payment option (“Customer”).
• This offer is valid from 29th September, 2019 till 28th October, 2019, with both days inclusive (“Offer Period”).
• The Cutoff time for identifying qualifying transactions will be 00:00 IST on 29th September, 2019 till 23:59 IST on 28th October, 2019
• This offer is exclusively for Bank Customers and they should make the payments for qualifying transactions from their respective Kotak Mahindra Bank Account.
• Participation in this offer is voluntary.
• Any person eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and conditions of the Participating Merchants. Bank, merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of the Participating Merchants.
• This offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.
• Transactions are deemed eligible or qualified, when the Customer uses Kotak Net Banking or UPI with Kotak VPA to make purchases at Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra only. Customer can make the purchase on merchant website or mobile app. Cumulative value of the purchases on a particular Merchant during the offer period will be the criteria to qualify for the Voucher. Eg : if a customer makes purchase of Rs 5500 on Amazon though Kotak PG he/she will qualify for Rs 500 Voucher. If Online purchases of Rs 2500 is made on Amazon and of Rs 3000 is made on Myntra, then he/she will be eligible for Rs 200 voucher only considering the highest amount, Rs 3000 on Myntra, as the qualifying Transaction.
• Cumulative Value of transactions on an individual merchant (Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra)should be of minimum Rs. 5000 during the Offer Period  to qualify for the Rs 500 Voucher and minimum Rs. 2000 during the offer period to qualify for the Rs 200 Voucher.
• A customer can get the Woohoo Voucher only once during the offer period.The value of the voucher will be determined basis the spends made by the Customer, For example- A customer has spends Rs 5000 on PG. he/she shall be eligible for a Rs. 500 voucher  In the event the Customer qualifies for both Rs 200 and Rs. 500 voucher then the voucher with the high value will be sent to the Customer.
• Customers who are registered for Payment Gateway for online shopping using Net Banking but blocked / locked due to various reasons are required to unblock / unlock their Net Banking access by using online password generation facility on www.kot...om or by visiting the nearest Kotak Bank branch or by calling up 24-hours Customer Contact Centre at .1860 266 2666 (call charges applicable)
• Customers will not be allowed to club this with any other offers.
• The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Participating Merchants its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Bank reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the service, delivery and quality of the goods offered by Woohoo or the Participating Merchants. In case of any queries or disputes regarding the same the Customer shall resolve the same directly with Woohoo or Participating Merchants without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
• Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
• Eligible Customers for Vouchers shall be declared within 60 days from the last day of the Offer Period and the communication will be sent to all eligible Customer" registered email id via email and registered mobile number via SMS, within 75 days from last day of Offer Period.
• Customers, who will be declared as eligible for voucher consents that if required by the Bank, they will give their testimonials about the offer/Banking writing, click a photo with the voucher received by them. Customers who are declared as eligible for voucher agree to visit their nearest Bank branch for the collection of their rewards. The testimonials & photos of them will be used by the Bank for marketing purposes and the Bank shall not, at any time, be liable to make any payments towards any kind of fees, incentive or royalty, for these testimonials /photos.
• Only successful transactions will be considered as eligible transactions. Refunds / Cancellations/Reversals will not be considered as eligible transactions
• Only those transactions will be considered as eligible transactions which is in accordance with Terms & Conditions of this offer.
• Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods and services availed by the Customer under the Offer.
• The offer is valid only for Customers of the Bank who are eligible and should be at least 18 yrs. of age or above.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
