SBI YONO Shopping Festival (YSF) – Terms & Conditions (For 10% Extra Cashback & Top Spender Offer)
This “Offer” is provided to you by State Bank of India (“Bank”) and SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (formerly known as “SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd.”) (“SBICPSL”), under an arrangement with Amazon.in, one of the Yono Shopping Festival (YSF) participating partners.
The offer is valid from 00:00 hrs 10th December 2019 to 23:59 hrs 14th December 2019 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Bank, SBICPSL and Amazon.in in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Program: A cardholder can avail Cashback on transaction at Amazon.in, through YONO, using SBI Debit card or SBI/Tata Credit card as below, during the offer period.

No two offers can be clubbed.
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the terms and conditions of use of YONO SBI app/ portal and YSF participating partner conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by clicking on respective merchant’s tile and using its site or application. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All residents of India holding a valid and current (i) MasterCard, VISA or/and Rupay Debit Card issued by Bank (SBI); are eligible to avail the Offer (the holder of a Card, a “Cardholder”).
All SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding payment of more than 30 days past due date are covered under this Program.
Any type of Corporate or Commercial Cards are not eligible to avail the offer.
The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange (wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on YSF Participating partner’s app/portal.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer will not be applicable on the purchase of the products which are excluded by the YSF Participating partner for offers during the YSF offers.
The cashback offer would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Cash on Delivery’, payment option.
The cashback offer would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Pay at Store’ payment option.
The cashback offer would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using SBI Debit Card EMI option. However the cashback is applicable on merchant EMI transactions on SBI Credit card done at the time of purchase on YSF participating merchant. 14%* / 15%* Rate of interest is applicable on monthly reducing balance for merchant EMI transactions on SBI Credit Card.
In the event the order is returned or cancelled by the Cardholder, seller or YSF participating partner, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below INR 1000/-, the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn.
If cashback offer is availed on any order, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be posted, adjusting the cashback if any processed on the purchase.
Bank/SBICPSL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability on YSF participating partner and accordingly Bank and/or SBICPSL, in no circumstances, shall be held liable for non-availability of any of the product.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or SBICPSL or YSF Participating partner to conduct further, similar or other offers
The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement (if any executed by the Bank), credit card agreement and SBICPSL’s Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement, credit card agreement and SBICPSL’s Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
Cashback provided under the offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer extended by Partner as part of any other arrangement.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority
SBICPSL reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card subject to intimation to Partner of such disqualification
Delinquent and over-limit SBICPSL’s credit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.
This Offer cannot be availed on: (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products; or (ii) purchase by Cardholder using any card other than the Card.
The cashback will be credited in the eligible Cardholder’s card account by the Bank and/or SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (SBICPSL) on 15th March 2020.
Any queries/issues relating to cashback will be entertained by the Bank and/or SBICPSL only till 31st March 2020. Post such dates, SBICPSL & Partner will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
For the avoidance of doubt it is clarified that a Cardholder must address the queries/issues relating to the cashback offered by the SBI Debit Card to the Bank only, SBI Credit card to SBICPSL only.
Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by any of the party (SBI/SBICPSL/ YSF Participating partner).
All disputes between the Cardholders, YSF participating partner will be resolved inter se and Bank or SBICPSL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the YSF participating partner.
Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
SBICPSL may engage, hire, use the services of agent(s) and/or any third party (ies) for the purpose of providing marketing or sales related services or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf and the customer may be required to deal with such agents/third parties/service providers with respect to such product/services.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Bank/SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for the Bank and New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank/ SBICPSL.
By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Bank, SBICPSL, YSF Participating partner or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on YSF participating partner.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Top Spender Offer
The top spender offer is not applicable on the purchase of:
• Amazon Pay balance • Amazon Prime, Audible, Music memberships • Flight & Movie ticket Bookings • Bill Payments & Recharges • Gold and Silver coins • All Gift Cards
The top spenders of each day will be decided based on the cumulative shipped value per account per day excluding shipping, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debt.
The reward for top spenders will be given in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, within 90 days of the transaction date.
