You are right, I have never gone to the CENTRAL store so far. I find branded clothing much cheaper with more offers on other ecommerce sites such as paytm, amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc. I doubt whether the Rs. 200 lollipop combined with the ongoing 50% discount sale and 100% payback points back on redemption, would be enough to attract the common man to this store.
