I’ve already raised the issue with them, but after multiple follow-up they are not able to fix the issue and now they are saying contact your Bank

I have Kotak Bank Added and working flawless, without any problems along with an ICICI Acc.
Maybe its an issue with your account, thats why they might have said to contact bank representatives.

Oh, I just added my wife story in my previous reply.

For BESCOM, so far I have used:

→ Freecharge
→ Bescom’s official website
→ Niki
→ PayTM
→ PayU

Not used yet:

→ Helpchat
→ Mobifraud

So far, Niki was lucrative with its 25% credit and no usage limit. I have to pay 3 bills, so used those credits instantly. One after the other.

But new account is a pain. Freecharge works just fine for us. Whatever they give is good compared to Bescom’s official website (which was my primary payment mode before I was introduced to e-wallets).

Plus, I had some Freecharge ID dosas money. Sitting there. The problem is, I have a quite a few of these accounts. And I am using them one by one with the same bill ID. And Freecharge sends alert before the due date.

Clearly, a red flag.

Which is why I have my clothes all packed. To meet Kunal Shah. And face jail time.
