Important points to note:

Customers will receive 20% cashback on the first SNS order of their subscriptions which is paid through Amazon Pay balance and 5% cashback on their 2nd and 3rd of their subscriptions paid through Amazon Pay balance.

1.This Subscribe & Save Cashback offer (“Offer”) is provided by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“AODSPL”) and made available on Amazon.in by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited.
2.Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.ama...in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) across all eligible products. Amazon Pay Balance is a sum of all the balances associated with Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account.
3.These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. 5.Under this Offer, any person who pays for “Subscribe and Save” orders on Amazon.in during the Offer Period using Amazon Pay Balance (such person hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) will be eligible to receive a 20% cashback on their first order of their subscription paid through Amazon Pay balance and 5% on the 2nd and 3rd of their subscriptions paid through Amazon Pay balance. Offer is valid on new subscriptions created by customers on the offer period as well as existing subscriptions where payment method is changed from Cash on Delivery to Amazon pay balance. The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay Balance account of eligible Purchasers within 60 days of order delivery. Note that non – prime diaper subscriptions will not be eligible for cashback.
6.The Purchaser would be entitled to the Amazon Pay Balance cashback under this Offer provided that the order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and/ or the purchased product(s) should not have been returned or refunded by the Purchaser. The Purchaser will not be entitled to the Amazon Pay balance cashback if the payment has been made through Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery mode of payment.
7.This Offer is valid only the first time a Purchaser meets the above eligibility criteria. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/ promotion running on Amazon.in.
8.AODSPL reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
9.There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.
10.All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the products and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you.
11.You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. By participating in this Offer, you agree that Amazon will not be liable in any manner whatsoever, for any matter in relation to the Offer, including provision of benefits hereunder by AODSPL.
12.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
