Voltas 5 Year Warranty – Terms and Conditions

5 Year (1 + 4 year extended) Warranty on all Voltas Split, Window & DC Inverter Air conditioners sold to retail individual/house hold customer
Offer Valid till 31st March 2017
All spare parts (as applicable in standard warranty) during the period of 5 years, would be replaced free of cost, except for PCB / Controller (Indoor & Outdoor) in case of Inverter which will carry normal warranty of 1 year
In case of any disputes, decision of Croma management will be deemed final
Also available in all Croma stores

EXCLUSIONS:

Labour charges & Preventive Maintenance after one year including Gas Charging (if any) to be borne by the customer
Offer is not applicable on Cassette, Floor Standing & Mega Split
Inverter PCB / Controller (Indoor & Outdoor) not covered under extra warranty
Not applicable on bulk purchases (Croma reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion if bulk orders are placed by the same customer)

PROCESS:

To avail this special warranty, customer has to simply send an SMS ‘WTA’ to 9289525321 within 3 days of purchase
