Terms & Conditions:
1. YES BANK Credit Card and Debit Card holders will be offered a Discount of up to 50% per transaction on Cinépolis Movie tickets
2. Offer is valid for Cinépolis movie tickets booked only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
3. Maximum discount of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two hundred and Fifty only) to be offered per transaction
4. Minimum two tickets to be booked per transaction
5. Discount will be given only one time per week per card for each Qualified Customer during the offer Period. Subsequent Movies booking transactions done by the same Qualified Customer will not be eligible for discount.
6. This discount is only applicable for booking Cinépolis movie tickets on Cinépolis Box Office, Cinépolis mobile app and website (www.Cinépolisind...om).
7. The offer is valid across all Cinépolis, Cinépolis VIP, FUN Cinemas, DT Cinemas Saket, DT Cinemas Savitri & Spice Cinemas Noida
8. The offer is applicable only for YES BANK customers who use their YES BANK Debit and Credit Card to complete their transaction
9. This offer will not be applicable for non-YES BANK cardholders.
10. Offer is valid till 31st March 2018.
11. The Movie booking transaction must be initiated by the Customer on Cinépolis Box Office, Cinépolis mobile app and website and completed successfully using YES BANK Debit and Credit Card
12. The participation is voluntary and Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer.
13. YES BANK reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the campaign / offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the Customer for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign/offer or otherwise by use of the service.
14. If this Offer overlaps with any other existing offers, the maximum of the offers will be applicable.
15. This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of YES BANK and Cinépolis.
16. All other terms and conditions of the Customer agreement shall continue to apply.
17. YES BANK and Cinépolis reserve the absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer as per mutual agreement and the same shall be binding on the Customer at all times.
18. YES BANK and Cinépolis also reserve the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons
or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customers. In case of any dispute, YES BANK and Cinépolis’s decision shall be binding on all Customers.
