Upto Rs 1000 repair work. Waterproofing cant be done in 1000. Asking for too much superwoman.

just got a call from UC. they explained all tnc and confirmed visit times. the best part is that if there is material required and its within 1000 then that’s included.
some major repairs may not fit within 1000 but certainly regular repairs should be okay.
UC plumbing quotes are not high…have got some small work done in the past
