any way to remove/Avoid it?

If you get accessory unsupported error in iPhone and you are jailbroken, look for a patch on cydia for it. I was using it earlier on my iPhone 5 and got no errors after. I can’t verify this cable but I got a 140 Rs connector mini USB to lightning from FK for this for this use case.

some of the reviews say it’s work very well for iPhone don’t buy I phone cables at high prices just go for it….
