My experience with online walnut purchase says, none sells walnuts that can be eaten raw like almonds or cashew-nuts. Walnut sold online are bitter (less/more) so ideally they are meant for using as an ingredient in cooking a dish/stuff. Thus always buy the cheapest from online and if want to eat raw then go to the local dry fruit shop where its available in open and can be tasted before purchasing.

If buying online, buy with shell walnut. I’ve had good experience with Nutraj walnut with shell and ziofit walnut with shell.
