Participation Conditions

You need to log on the activity homepage and watch the complete video during the period from, Feb 1 – April 30 2019 (India Standard Time, both dates inclusive) to obtain the eligibility for Offer.

The activity participation is limited to the PayPal users registered in India users, exclusive of:

1. PayPal’s employee and their immediate family members
2. The employees of PayPal’s advertisers and agents of this activity and their immediate family members.

1. The prize of the activity are as follow:
   1. 1 x first prize: voucher Rs 100,000
   2. 10 x second prize: voucher Rs 5,000
   3. 250 x third prize: voucher Rs 350
2. The voucher will be put into your PayPal Account. The voucher cannot be transferred, withdrawn, nor converted into other discount, product or services. The voucher can only be used when shopping on the merchant who accepts PayPal payment and accept the currency specified on the voucher. Offer may not be eligible at certain merchant sites, certain exclusions apply.
3. The voucher is valid Feb 1 – Dec 31 2019 (India Standard Time, both dates inclusive) and will automatically expire after the expiration date.
4. The voucher can only be used once. If a refund occurs, the vouchers already used in the relevant purchase will automatically expire.

1. PayPal has the right to require you to provide relevant identification documents to verify if you are eligible for the prize. If you fail to provide relevant documents, you will be disqualified for the prize.
2. The prize-winning PayPal users shall be responsible for all the taxes arising therefrom. If any tax authority requires PayPal to pay corresponding taxes, PayPal has the right to collect the taxes from the award-winning PayPal users.
3. If the prize-winning PayPal user commit the violations, such as breach of good faith, etc. his/her eligibility will be revoked. PayPal has the right to withdraw all the vouchers (including used and unused vouchers) and to pursue legal liability if necessary.
4. PayPal reserve the rights to terminate and/or change any part or all the conditions of this promotion. PayPal has the right to change or adjust the activity rules at any time according to the actual situation of the activity. The changes and the adjustments will take effect by law after published on the activity homepage.
5. When you redeem the vouchers, you are deemed to agree to and accept the terms and conditions.
6. In the event of disputes pertaining to this contest, the courts of Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction to handle such disputes.
