Soo… My order amount was 1539. I paid through Amazon wallet and got 750 cashback.. 🤔 Will I get additional 1539 cashback or only (1539-750) cashback??

I made 2 rs35 recharges yesterday on amazon and Rs11 cb on both.. Its actually worse because I had 100% upto Rs30 that I used to recharge BSNL on both and they both failed.. and I also lost that offer..
Alright I had words with Coolwinks and this offer is 100% trash
They told me I’ll not cashback because:
1. I used cool cash.
2. I used buy one get one offer (which was applied automatically).
3. If you use any coupon!!
So guys don’t order with this offer use paytm. Moreover if u have ordered like me then do not reject delivery as it will cause 40% deduction in refund amount!!

You can check the same in amazon pay payment page they show how much cashback you will receive.
I doubt anyone will get cash back before they make their cash infusion.. Could be next week or next month.. I dont think any of the senior managers are even there right now.. Wonder what the problem is. Yea it has to do with % of the company being sold and such but someone must be holding out…

THEY ARE CONFIRMING MONEYBACK ON CALL BUT NOT GIVING BECAUSE CALL RECORDINGS ARE NOT VALID PROOF IN COURT.
In other orders too.. they can deny just by saying lens price was 2000 we have give you 20% discount.. so u applied one offer.

I smell a big fraud..
admin nigel please add disclaimer there is no cashback and T&C is misleading or delete the thread…
@Priyanka please at least add disclaimer in wiki that there is cash back and people will lose their money.
CB shall be provided post 14 days of delivery and as per CW return policy we cant return product after 14 days…so incase cashback is not received there is no scope of returning the product and claiming the refunds
CoolWinks has started issuing refunds to those who complain..
If you got the Amazon 100 CB then they will issue a refund of Rs1900.. And if you used the HotStar offer and already got 1000, they will issue a refund of Rs1000..
Not sure if this applies to GPay and AirTel offers as well..
Thank god finally they refunded my cashback even after they said im not eligible few days back. due to the huge backlash i guess
