WHAT ALL DO YOU GET?
‘ZERO Cancellation’ at no extra cost on domestic flight bookings using HDFC Bank Credit card
For Refundable tickets, the portion of ticket cost not refunded by the airlines provider/carrier will be entirely payable excluding convenience fees upto a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-
For Non-Refundable tickets, 50% of ticket cost will be payable excluding convenience fees upto a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
The offer is applicable on bookings done for Domestic flights only
The offer is valid for flight ticket bookings done from 1st February, 2019 to 28th February, 2019.
Maximum ticket claim value for each transaction will be restricted to Rs. 25,000
Maximum 2 cancellation requests will be fulfilled per customer on bookings done during promo period across all travel portals put together
Coverage is applicable on connecting flights as well.
Cancellations will be allowed until 24 hours from scheduled departure time or September 30th’2019 whichever is latest
Reimbursement of ticket cost only, no convenience fees to be paid
The offer is applicable for bookings done only for personal or business travel for an individual and not for travel bookings for commercial purposes
In case of cancellations done on bookings done through platforms offering Accelerated Reward points, points pertaining to entire ticket value will be reversed
The offer is only applicable for Retail and Business Credit cards of HDFC Bank Limited.
HOW TO CLAIM FOR REFUND POST CANCELLATION?
Customer to intimate the cancellation refund request by writing on to the email address: [email protected]
For any query/FAQ claimant can call at the Toll – Free number 1800 – 209 – 2020
Customer can apply for a claim only after receiving the cancellation refund from the booking partner
The refund will be done within 7 working days after receiving the relevant claim documents and is eligible as per policy.
WHAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR CLAIMING REFUND?
Dully filled claim form.
Copy of Flight Tickets.
Proof of Flight Ticket booking confirmation through HDFC Bank Credit Card.
Proof of Flight Ticket Cancellation by Card Holder and carrier.
Confirmation mail from respective Air Service for cancellation of booking from claimant.
Confirmation mail from Insured person for receipt of refund by respective Air Service.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms & Conditions as per Cardholder’s agreement are applicable.

Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and Card Account Fees will not be considered for this offer.
