Your card is still linked to your PayPal account, but you can’t use it for purchases until you confirm that you’re the owner. Try confirming again

Mera paytm vala add to hua hai but while confirming card showing error that again enter cvv code

by the way Zeta card is prepaid card. so, no guarantee you will receive cb or not.
