1. “Fool Proof Sale” (“Offer”) is organized by “Solvy Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd” (“Zopper/we/us/our”) on 1st April, 2016 starting from 12:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs (“Contest Period”). The Contest is valid only in India.

2. In this Offer the Participant has to buy any product from Zopper App and Zopper shall give cashback in the selected winner’s Zopper account worth the product value’. Maximum limit of cash back is upto Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands Only).

3. Zopper reserves its right of sole discretion in announcing the winners of the Offer. The winners are announced on the basis of lucky draw on random basis among the confirmed orders placed during Offer Period and the decision of Zopper in this regard shall be final and binding.

4. Only Indian nationals who are above the age of 18 years and having valid Zopper account on Zopper App are eligible to avail the Offer. However following are not eligible to avail Offer:
1. The residents of Tamil Nadu; or where it is banned or stated to be illegal by any state government and
2. employees of Zopper (“Participant”).

5. Ten (10) lucky winners shall be announced the next day. Cashback will be credited in the winners Zopper account after 10 (ten) days of delivery of the product. In case the Participant cancels the product in such he/she will cease to be the winner.

6. The announcement of the winners shall be communicated to their respective contact details shared with Zopper at the time of placing an order. The Participant shall be responsible to provide correct contact details and update it.

7. The winner will be intimated on Zopper’s official social media channels and also through e-mailers/sms/personal phone calls via the email id – [email protected]

8. The winners will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by Zopper within 24 hours from the intimation done by Zopper to the respective winner via the email id – [email protected] if required.

9. Winner will not be entitled to claim the prize if no revert/response received within 24 hours from the intimation done by Zopper

10. The winner shall be entitled to cashback of 100% equivalent value of the product (cashback maximum upto Rs 10,000/-) as gift pursuant to fulfilling other conditions governing the usage of the Zopper Wallet.

11. The winner will be entitled to cashback if the order is Zopper induced cancellation.

12. By participating in the Offer, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge.

13. Zopper reserves the right to verify any information provided by Participant at any time and in case the information provided by the Participant found to be incorrect whatsoever the case may be, Zopper reserves the right to cancel participation or restrict from further participating in the Contest as the case may be.

14. The cashback of the Offer is sponsored by Zopper and the obligation on Zopper to provide the prize of the Offer to the winner(s) of the Offer is subject to the participant(s)/winner(s) adhering to the terms of the Offer.

15. The Participants are free to opt out of the Offer at any point in time.

16. Upon Zopper providing the prize to the winner as per these Offer rules, no further liability shall be held against Zopper, its director, officers, employees, representative or agents.

17. To the maximum extent permitted under law, the participant to this Offer releases and forever discharges Zopper and agrees to indemnify Zopper, its director, officers, employees or agents from any losses, damages, actions, claims, demands of any sort whatsoever arising from or related to this Offer.

18. The winner(s) of the Offer shall be liable to bear any tax which may liable to be paid in respect of the prize. Zopper shall not be liable for payment of any tax on the Prize.

19. Terms of this Offer and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts to settle any claim or matter arising in relation to these terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

20. Zopper reserves the right that it may during Offer Period any time in its sole discretion, change/amend/modify/add/delete any rules governing the Offer without prior notice to any Participant. Zopper its sole discretion may also suspend or revoke or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice to any Participant.
