How did you got claim from Payumoney? Did you call them or mail them what have you mentioned in the mail?

I mailed them and mentioned I haven’t received my order and zotezo is not giving me a single reply for my complaints which were almost 15 including emails, phone calls, fb and twitter They said they will take this issue with zotezo and then nothing happened for 10 days in which I messaged payu for 2, 3 times and finally I got my refund after 10 days

Ok!!

Same thing happened with me. They are not replying anywhere even after repetitive messages to them. Horrible Experience don’t know how they will be surviving in long run.
