But I ‘labour’ through my day and night
I may be the ‘yes to all’ sort or the ‘no to all’ sort
But I end up doing everything that needs to get done
I may be the ‘Calvin Klein’ shopper or the ‘mom nd pop tomato’ shopper
But there are people I value higher than my purchases
I may be the ‘masterchef’ breed or the ‘dial-a-pizza’ breed
But I believe that good thoughts provide true nourishment
I may be the ‘fair skin’ make or the ‘wheatish complexion’ make
But my ethics are much beyond than skin-deep
Don’t judge me..don’t jacket me..
I could be a little girl each time I cry myself to pulp..
I could be a daughter each time I move away from my parents..
I could be a sister each time I provide the much needed advice..
I could be a wife each time I save the last bite of the chocolate..
I could be a mother each time I clean up the mess that someone else creates..
But you will need the woman in me..
In every smile and every mile…
In every tear and every cheer…!!!

This story is about a beautiful, expensively dressed lady who complained to her psychiatrist that she felt that her whole life was empty, it had no meaning.
So, the lady went to visit a counselor to seek out happiness.
The counselor called over the old lady who cleaned the office floors.
The counselor then said to the rich lady “I’m going to ask Mary here to tell u how she found happiness. All I want u to do is listen to her.”
So the old lady put down her broom and sat on a chair and told her story:
“Well, my husband died of malaria and three months later my only son was killed by a car. I had nobody. I had nothing left. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat, I never smiled at anyone, I even thought of taking my own life. Then one evening a little kitten followed me home from work. Somehow I felt sorry for that kitten. It was cold outside, so I decided to let the kitten in. I got some milk, and the kitten licked the plate clean. Then it purred and rubbed against my leg and, for the first time in months, I smiled.
Then I stopped to think, if helping a little kitten could make me smile, may be doing something for people could make me happy.
So, the next day I baked some biscuits and took them to a neighbor who was sick in bed.
Every day I tried to do something nice for someone. It made me so happy to see them happy.
Today, I don’t know of anybody who sleeps and eats better than I do. I’ve found happiness, by giving it to others."
When she heard this, the rich lady cried. She had everything that money could buy, but she had lost the things which money cannot buy.

Happiness is not a destination, it’s a journey.
Happiness is not tomorrow, it is now.

आम पन्ना बनाना सीखें
1 पहले बन संवर के अच्छा सा हेयर स्टाइल बना के सब्ज़ी मंडी जाएँ।
2 फिर बोलें “भैयाज़।कच्चे आम्बीज़ हैज़?”
फिर भैया को शॉक होने दें😳
फिर भैया को आधा किलो अम्बीज़ बड़ी नज़ाकत से छांट छांट कर दें।
फिर शराफत से और क़यामत की चाल चलते हुए घर आएं।
अब दुपट्टे को सोफे पर फेंकें।
रसोई की तरफ जांए और अपनी नाज़ुक कमर को ध्यान से झुकाते हुए कूकर निकालें।
अम्बीज़ को धो कर एक कप पानी डालें और उबलने चढ़ा दें।
शर्माएं नहीं।कुक्कर तो वैसे ही सीटी मार रहा है ,आपको देख कर नहीं।
धीरज धरें और आईने के सामने जा कर अपनी बची खुची ज़ुल्फ़ें संवारें।
अम्बीज़ को निकाल कर ठंड होने दें और तब तक अरिजीत के ताज़ा तरीन गाने सुनें जो उन्होंने आपको ध्यान में रखते हुए नहीं गाये हैं।
अब अम्बीज़ को छीलें और जिस जिस पर आपको गुस्सा आता है उसको ख्यालों में ला के उसका गूदा मसल मसल के निकालें।
मिक्सर निकालें। गूदा डालें और दिल में जितना प्यार हो उतनी चीनी डालें। मिक्सी चला दें ।अब थोडा ठंडा पानी डालें और फिर से ’मिले सुर मेरा तुम्हारा ’के अंदाज़ मे फिर मिलने दें।
एक जग में पलट के एक चुटकी काल नमक और आधा चम्मच भुना पिसा ज़ीरा डालें।
ज़िन्दगी में ठंडक रहे तो दो आइस cubes भी डालें।
आईने में फिर से दुनिया की सबसे खूबसूरत औरत को देखें और सोफे पर बैठ के ……..

Tun Tun (11 July 1923 – 24 November 2003) was the screen name of Indian playback singer and actress-comedian.
Uma Devi Khatri, who is often called the ‘First Woman Comedienne of Hindi Cinema’.
She made her debut as a solo playback singer, in Nazir’s Wamiq Azra (1946).

एक दिन की बात है , लड़की की माँ खूब
परेशान होकर अपने पति को बोली की एक
तो हमारा एक समय
का खाना पूरा नहीं होता और बेटी साँप
की तरह बड़ी होती जा रही है .
गरीबी की हालत में इसकी शादी केसे
करेंगे ?
बाप भी विचार में पड़ गया . दोनों ने दिल
पर पत्थर रख कर एक फेसला किया की कल
बेटी को मार कर गाड़ देंगे .
दुसरे दिन का सूरज निकला , माँ ने
लड़की को खूब लाड प्यार किया , अच्छे से
नहलाया , बार – बार उसका सर चूमने लगी .
यह सब देख कर लड़की बोली : माँ मुझे
कही दूर भेज रहे हो क्या ?
वर्ना आज तक आपने
मुझे ऐसे कभी प्यार नहीं किया ,
माँ केवल चुप रही और रोने लगी ,
तभी उसका बाप हाथ में फावड़ा और चाकू
लेकर
आया , माँ ने लड़की को सीने से लगाकर
बाप के साथ रवाना कर दिया .
रस्ते में चलते – चलते बाप के पैर में कांटा चुभ
गया , बाप एक दम से निचे बेथ गया ,
बेटी से
देखा नहीं गया उसने तुरंत कांटा निकालकर
फटी चुनरी का एक हिस्सा पैर पर बांध
दिया .
बाप बेटी दोनों एक जंगल में पहुचे बाप ने
फावड़ा लेकर एक गढ़ा खोदने
लगा बेटी सामने बेठे – बेठे देख रही थी ,
थोड़ी देर बाद गर्मी के कारण बाप
को पसीना आने
लगा .
बेटी बाप के पास गयी और
पसीना पोछने के लिए अपनी चुनरी दी .
बाप ने धक्का देकर बोला तू दूर जाकर बेठ।
थोड़ी देर बाद जब बाप गडा खोदते – खोदते
थक गया ,
बेटी दूर से बैठे -बैठे देख रही थी, जब
उसको लगा की पिताजी शायद थक गये
तो पास आकर बोली पिताजी आप थक गये
है .
लाओ फावड़ा में खोद देती हु आप
थोडा आराम कर लो . मुझसे आप
की तकलीफ नहीं देखि जाती .
यह सुनकर बाप ने अपनी बेटी को गले
लगा लिया, उसकी आँखों में आंसू
की नदिया बहने लगी , उसका दिल पसीज
गया ,
बाप बोला : बेटा मुझे माफ़ कर दे , यह
गढ़ा में तेरे लिए ही खोद रहा था . और तू
मेरी चिंता करती है , अब
जो होगा सो होगा तू हमेशा मेरे
कलेजा का टुकड़ा बन कर रहेगी में खूब मेहनत
करूँगा और तेरी शादी धूम धाम से करूँगा -
सारांश : बेटी तो भगवान की अनमोल भेंट
है ,इसलिए कहते हे बेटा भाग्य से मिलता हे और बेटी सौभाग्य से।।
