One day a professor entered the classroom and asked his students to prepare for a surprise test. They waited anxiously at their desks for the test to begin. The professor handed out the question paper, with the text facing down as usual. Once he handed them all out, he asked his students to turn the page and begin. To everyone’s surprise, there were no questions….just a black dot in the
center of the page. The professor seeing the expression on
everyone’s face, told them the
following:

“I want you to write what you see there.”

The students confused, got started on the inexplicable task.

At the end of the class, the professor took all the answer papers and started reading each one of them aloud in front of all the students. All of them with no exceptions, described the black dot, trying to explain its position in the middle of the sheet, etc. etc. etc. After all had been read, the classroom silent, the professor began to explain:

“I am not going to grade on you this, I just wanted to give you something to think about. No one wrote about the white part of the paper. Everyone focused on the black dot – and the same happens in our lives. We have a white paper to observe and enjoy, but we always focus on the dark spots. Our life is a gift given to us by God, with love and care, and we always have reasons to celebrate – nature renewing itself everyday, our friends around us, the job that provides our livelihood, the miracles we see everyday…….

However we insist on focusing only on the dark spots – the health issues that bother us, the lack of money, the complicated relationship with a family member, the disappointment with a friend, a.s.o.

The dark spots are very small compared to everything we have in our lives, but they are the ones that pollute our minds.

Take your eyes away from the black spots in your life. Enjoy each one of your blessings, each moment that life gives you. Be happy and live a life filled with LOVE," .
A beautiful question. What is the meaning of life?
A beautiful answer to it: When a person is born, he has breath but no name and when he dies, he has name but no breath. The gap between this breath and name is life!….

A perfect example for the dilemma we often face in Indian democracy!🌿

A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other not.

Only one child played on the unused track, the rest on the operational track.

A train is coming, and you are just beside the track interchange. You can make the train change its course to the unused track and save most of the kids.

However, that would also mean the lone child playing by the unused track would be sacrificed.

Or would you rather let the train go its way?

Let’s take a pause to think what kind of decision we could make…………….

have u thought enough !!!!

Most people might choose to divert the course of the train, and sacrifice only one child. Save most of the children at the expense of only one child was rational decision most people would make, morally and emotionally.

But, have you ever thought that the child chose to play on the unused track had in fact made the right decision to play at a safe place?

Nevertheless, he had to be sacrificed because of his ignorant friends who chose to play where the danger was.

This kind of dilemma happens around us everyday. In the office, community, in politics and especially in a democratic society, the RIGHT is often sacrificed for the interest of the majority, no matter how foolish or ignorant the majority are, and how far-sighted and knowledgeable the wise are.

The child who chose not to play with the rest on the operational track was sidelined and was sacrificed.

The great critic Leo Velski Julian who told the story said he would not try to change the course of the train because he believed that the kids playing on the operational track were aware that the track was still in use, and that they would run away when they hear the train’s sirens.

Now, If the train was diverted, that lone child would definitely die because he never expects that a train could come over on the unused track!

Further, that track was not in use probably because it was not safe. If the train was diverted to such a track, we may put the lives of all passengers on board at stake! And in our attempt to save few kids thinking that the train may run over them, we might end up sacrificing hundreds of people.

While we are all aware that life is full of tough decisions that need to be made, we may not realize that hasty decision may not always be the right one.

Something I should say ‘optimism’ when u look on positive aspect but this doesn’t make u all free from the fear of failure and this was the reason why every student wrote something what came into their mind. Something is always good than nothing either u think positive or negative both helps u someday what matters to me don’t waste my time. And, this is same like what I m writing here rubbish for no reason on a white paper about a black dot. https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif

I also see the person in the mirror, with difficulties

Thank God for not giving me the difficulties, which I can’t face
And
Giving the strength to overcome problems

And
Prey to continously give either of these two !

Discontent is caused by a constant multiplication of desires.

One desire leads to another until there’s never a moment when you feel fulfilled.

Desires are like traps.

Because of endless desires relationships have become very fragile. There is a lot of irritability and anger due to:

• Selfish attachments (to possessions and people)
• Pride (attachment to a particular image of the self)
When there is discontentment, the heart can never be still & peaceful because wasteful, negative thoughts destroy peace.

Contentment is the result of spiritual awareness which allows you to recognize negativity. It changes your pattern of thinking. As you tap your huge inner potential, all desires are fulfilled and you regain your peace.

But desiring for something is the first goal to achieve something/ a lane to ur destination
Den y not desire for something ???
A hungry man desires for food, unemployed for jobs, homeless for shelter, who knows even god desire for true worshipper.
I don’t desire,that’s y I m wat I am.
But if I desire, do I know,what can I be ?
Desire is an invisible thread tied on u when u were born but never gets snaped even in ur worst times.
This is my words which I desired to respond my own way https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif
