In an unprecedented move, seven opposition parties including Congress on Friday moved a notice for an impeachment of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, citing five instances of alleged misbehaviour and misuse of authority.
The development came a day after the Supreme Court dismissed petitions seeking an independent investigation into the “mysterious” death of judge BH Loya, who was hearing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case in which BJP president Amit Shah was an accused. Shah was however discharged by Loya’s successor judge.
This is the first instance of such an impeachment notice against a CJI and a final decision on accepting the notice is likely to be taken by the vice president following legal deliberations.
MPs from seven parties-Congress, NCP, CPI, CPI, SP, BSP and IUMLsigned the petition.

and Congress again wants to keep judges silent ….
BJP is no different. They used to put all types of allegations on Congress when they were not in power. BJP is just reaping the fruits of their actions….

even if they do bring up any issues they are not taken up seriously esp by the paid media who 24/7 show only BJP propaganda
few days back there was an interview of congress social media head – she said many media channels dont like them and hence they have stopped sending people for debates on some patriotic channels…
so its a question of trust which they have lost….

our answer is same here . all leaders are almost similar to each other .
they are competing to know who is better less worse than other .
modi is expert in speeches and his words are hypnotizing for public .. but work is not as per the promises ..

Newspaper like wire , leaders like rahul gandhi had tweeted that family of justice loya is not happy with the order , but justice loya son already cleared in january 2018 that stop harassing us and politicizing death of his father , it was natural death ..
according to them son is liar ,
all 4 judges present with loya are liar ,
reports are fake , doctors are paid ,
CJI is also paid ,
but these people go to V.P .. bhai agar sab kuch bika hua h to Vice President bhi to wase bhi ex-bjp minister hai ,, us par itna yakin !!

reminder – current CJI is Dipak Mishra , same judge who had to hear mercy petition of yakub memon at 2AM midnight bcoz of pressure of that urban-naxal gang , however he denied to entertain this appeal .. later this judge got several death threats and had to take extra security ….
