and judgement said delhi will remain union territory , supreme court ne dono ki class le li LG ki bhi and Kejriwal ki bhi .
SC told keju that LG of Delhi is not like Governor of states and more power than CM . and Delhi will remain Union Territory like earlier .
While SC also conveyed to LG that Delhi cabinet don’t need approval of LG for all the decisions , but still if LG thinks anything wrong he can take necessary action .
