The Brazilian and Indian system works similar 
Until unless we have a clean political system, we won’t be having transparent and honest authority.
Even with most corrupt people, we have CAG to report fraudulent activities but don’t know what they do? Babaji ka Thullu

“Loans” from public sector banks without any collateral and over invoicing is the biggest golden eggs of our times for these tycoons and conglomerates as they are the only ones that have access to them.
Most of these NPA loans aren’t even recoverable as the companies and the business tycoons don’t have the assets to back them up and pay up the loans.
And don’t expect any strict policy for government as they are the biggest financers of both the parties including both BJP and Congress. Look up vedanta and it’s NPA amount and it’s political donations to both parties in 2014 elections.
I recommend watching The mechanism tv series. It’s based on a huge Brazilian corruption scandal involving the petroleum Giants.
Sure it’s just a TV show and situations are quite different everywhere but you would be shocked at the parallels and how the system supposedly operates.
