IF NDA stays as were (2% dent on allies but 2% swing for BJP), UPA gets 6% swing, 3 each for Congress and allies specially DMK, JDS), AND MGB and BJP in UP stays as were that is both get 2014 votes share, seat projection will look like this

But it’s big IF. NDA surely will lose vote shares in TDP, Akali, Sena and JDU, no one knows how much. BJP may actually gain vote share as last time UP/Bihar had 3/4 corner fight. Congress isn’t gaining much as BJP’s lead was huge in Hindi heartland and even comparing Vidhan Sabha results Congress gains just 20-25 seats in 5 direct fighting states against the BJP and thus may end up just near 3 figures. Final result may stay like this. Baaki EVM to hai hi BJP ke side.
