No one cares about real issues. They don’t even care about things happening in their neighborhood but are very concerned about this daily soap

This is a daily soap airing at prime time (not late night). Can’t parents restrict their kids from watching this ?
And even a 7 year old kid these days is using a laptop with a super power called internet.
