This is also a good example of how successive govt poorly handled telecom sector. There should never have been such expensive auction for 3g spectrum which is probably the biggest factor in reducing the financial health of entire telecom sector. Govt should have given the 3g spectrum equally to all telecom companies at cheap rates with the condition of sharing revenue & some profit limit.

To be honest. The court is just being a d**k. Its just unnecessary drama. In midst of all this drama, the govt based PSUs(non-telecos) are also stuck.
I had lost faith in the consumer courts & other lower courts. Sadly, now SC is also becoming a part of them.
