I received my amazon app treasure hunt prize today – SKMEI Analogue – Digital Watch.
But its defective. The Analog dials are not working.
So is amazon sending defective/damaged products as prizes for amazon app treasure hunt contest winners?
What do you guys think?

Last time I received my timex watch in treasure hunt and it had scratches on it . No need to for this post , just call amazon and tell them that you received a faulty product , they will initiate a replacement ( not a refund ofcourse )
