Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card monthly cashback reduced.

I am using Apay ICICI cr card, earlier each time i do any txn on amazon including wallet load/gift voucher purchase i used to get 5% cashback. but now suddenly i am receiving 2% cashback. note from starting i am having prime account. did you guys face the same issue ?

Even I got the same call. I ignored it earlier but looks like there is something more to it.

It’s time to get rid of icici amazon pay credit cards completely.
I just got a call 1 hour back from ICICI Bank for my Amazon pay card literally threatening me as if I don’t pay my bill on time they will damage my CIBIL credit score.
I screamed at the lady as “are you threatening me?” my due date is still 7 days away!
Never defaulted on any Payment!
But still got a threat call?
Amazon has been raising the minimum spending with lower cash back so switched over to Dmart and buy what’s needed compared to making a bill of 2k on Amazon.
It’s good I got that call. My new year resolution is getting rid of all loans and credit cards. So Jan will be cancelling my Amazon pay cc and 3 other cards. It’s like addiction.
Please watch Dave Ramsey and act on being debt free. Thought the CIBIL score was an asset in emergency but it’s not!
It’s only a way bank can threaten me. So might as well get rid of CIBIL score completely though might be uncomfortable for next few months not using CC.
