bad returns policy

I was amazed at the difference in the Snapdeal and Amazon returns policy.
Snapdeal took 4 days to pick up my faulty product and amazon picked up the very next day.
Amazon refunded the money within a few days and snapdeal refused to refund/replace a faulty product.
I will never recommend that you buy anything on Snapdeal as their only interest is to make sure they eat up your money
