Cheating/ Fraud by TMW The Mobile Wallet

Guys I want ur support! I want TMW should learn a lesson for cheating customers I registered/signed up on 22nd Dec 16, according to there App FAQ Reward section it is clearly mentioned if a user spend 60k plus in one calendar year (from the time he signed up is counted) he is upgraded to platinum level from copper level, as per the platinum level benefits user earn 1point on every 60rs or multiple amount, when called customer care to ask when they gonna do this I have completed 1year and spend 60k plus she said coz u have redeemed the points thats why u r not eligible for level up, I was very much annoyed for this bullshit answer, I replied her "agreed with ur XYZ T&C but where is this T&C mentioned on ur Website/App, this whole year I followed whatever mentioned on the FAQ reward section now u r refusing and saying to wait 1more year and repeat this process again without redeeming points, she said this is the only update we have I said "good for u but what does a update mean to TMW? does it mean to withhold the update with urself only and keep the customer uninformed, she was apologizing I said sorry is not a solution who gonna bear loss here she was quiet and she told me to mail on there ID I already did that but no written reply yet, also twitted on there twitter account
