I received another 2 orders from them yesterday………just after 3-4 days of placing the order. Again quality of the products were excellent and just for 2 small orders , they again sent me free gift of 2 perfumed candles and personal thanking note from co-founder. They also give one Rs.250 discount voucher on minimum order of Rs.500 when you register with them.
Free shipping and COD payment option without any extra charges are another highlights of this site. Just can’t wait for seeing more and more new products at that site.

Sorry to tell that TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, cheap products and deceiving photos on the website. They do not refund money also. I felt giving a frank review is better than simply flattering the site to get some coupon.

I am really surprised to hear this. I really found there stuff of excellent quality for 7-8 orders received so far. Even on facebook , not even a single customer has complained about there products.
They do refund in the form of gift vouchers and also bear return courier charges. I suggest to contact them. If you do not want to use the gift vouchers , I will buy them at face price to help you out.

btw : my first review here is when there were no schemes of coupons on offer. I posted because I genuinely liked there stuff.

Obvious thought will be that they are posted by multi accounts of craftsvilla itself and are self promotion but it’s not true.
Actually , at that time craftsvilla was giving free Rs.500 voucher with no minimum purchase to all there customers who write review about them in any blog or site on net and post that link on facebook.
