Once I Give bad feedback to a courier boy for rejecting exchange for no proper reason,
he called me from his personal number and threaten me he is not going to deliver my any products,
shared this detail with flipkart but no action taken more than 4 days has been passed,
he cancelled my all BBD product which I bought on discount.

How Does the courier boy get to know bad review for him.
It has to be in company records not public.
