Fashnvia.com – http://www.fashn…om is the worst online website I have ever seen, at least for me and my friends.
No customer care, no proper response, no reply to emails, lot of technical issues
Order is not delivered even after 15 days but they commit 7 working days

I tell you go and buy yourself do not use to buy online which is having these many problems mentioned above. Any how i will keep updating you all about this.

Another important thing never refer it to friends, because they wont be happy for sure and you will be the reason for that.

Very clearly I am telling you all not to buy anything from this website.

Reasons are below…..
1) No specific customer care, for any queries you will have to wait for long long time as only one phone which will be busy forever.
2) They never deliver items on time. Okay I have ordered 2 items and waiting even after one month.
3) Never trust them, for exa: they say they will call back but never and ever
4) Not even reply to email queries which I sent, actually they never reply
5) Everyday difference answer if you ask the status of the order

There are still many reasons but my suggestions to all is if you want to be happy better buy from anywhere else not from this shit website.

If you still want to buy then definitely you will visit back to write review. I am sure

I agree. Fashnvia is worst online shopping site. Should never buy from them. Still waiting for my order . Now is more than 1 month

hey actually i have placed three orders with 6 products and received 2 on the next day but remaining were not having any detailstill now after 3 months so, any body help me to get my products and is there any customer forum like court for this problem. i stay in Hyderabad

fashnvia is pathetic site along with worst delivery and customer service. I am waiting for my order since 2nd may. They don’t even bother to reply back to emails. There phone number is always busy. They replied on 2nd june that they will ship my item in latest 10 days. But still no sign of shipment neither any replies.
I asked koovs from whom I purchased the voucher to be used on fashnvia. They also are of no help till now.

bagittoday and fashnvia tops the list for scam fraud sites.
should never buy with them.

agree one of my order is pending since march 16th

but product quality is great

brand new products at great discount

in total out of 15 products i order still 3 are not shipped

For me 1 ( first and will be last ) out of 1 order is not shipped.
Not seen quality ( don’t know if ever will see ) so cannot comment price also.
But honestly from the looks , price seemed just ok even after coupon discount.

Worst part is there customer service which don’t even bother to reply neither
there phone numbers working. Scam site for me.

i had a transaction failure in april! i dont even have an order number..and my money got stuck with them! i have made many calls but no response! NEVER BUY!

I had ordered a shirt from Fashnvia.com on April 30 and I haven’t received it yet. Absolutely no reply for my emails (sent numerous times). The phone line is always busy. With such backlogs of undelivered items, I wonder how shamelessly they send our e-mailers still claming “New stock” and rather mockingly claiming “SHOP LEVI’S TEES at Rs. 599 – Rs. 1399. Quick Delivery in 1-7 Days >>”

@LegendKing: Bro, something has to be done seriously. Ppl have paid in Hundreds and thousands for a purchase and they don’t get the product. Not even a reply. This can’t be tolerated. When some site RetailMart had failed to honour the vouchers of few DesiDimers citing stock reasons and the amount was refunded, everyone erupted. Come on guys, this site Fashnvia is looting by the daylight – got our money and staying mute. We can’t let them be so indifferent, that too to this community of well-informed deal-hunters. Please do something. I want my shirt or my money back.

@Admin: We can’t let someone fool desidimers with payment done and not even responding. I request you to launch some action seriously on behalf of all of us. Let the homepage be a ‘Wall-of-shame’ for Fashnvia and let the world know. When they violate the ethics of e-commerce, they need to be hit and that has to be hard.

@All: I might have sounded quite harsh. I’ve got nothing against this particular site, except that it irritates me when someone plays with my hard-earned money. Cheers!

Spoken with them today after somehow getting there mobile number.

They have assured me of refund by today evening. Keeping fingers crossed. Will update.

Btw, what was the reason they gave you for your order not shipped or for not ever informing us about the delay? At least they realise that we have the right to ask?

I received email from them that they have done my refund. Not reflecting in my bank account yet…….may be by monday should show in my account.

Till now I have not received my refund from them.
No replies also.
They are 1 of the worst sites.
Will phone them again today.

Just to update that I finally got my refund today evening from Fashnvia.
