Jio giving only prorata data on last day of free offer

Jio giving only prorata data on last day of free offer. For example in my case the jio sim got activated in 03rd sept arnd 5pm and as per the terms i should only get prorata data for that day… as the same was not done due to system error it is being deducted on the last day… so today i only received 160 mb… moreover no internet for rest of the day untill jio prime and related recharge gets activated…
