Lets sue PAYTM (One97 Communications. ) for price error campaigns
Hello This is OP. This method din’t work out. Some may swear at me or curse me whatever. I am not even gonna think about it. I know I did not do this for myself alone. Paytm apologised and accepted they made miscommunication by giving false assurance and said these price errors will not happen.

I do all of that (pets, trees etc.) and much more! Someone’s made an error and you want to sue them – who is selfish? All the best with your suing. Don’t stop with just PayTM, you will find tens of such price errors every month. Place an order for every such item and then sue them. You can make a full time profession out of it. Hey man. I am working in an eCommerce industry and it’s not like we does to bring traffic to our website. In order to bring traffic at our website, we run CPV campaigns.
The P.E errors are typo error sometimes caused by seller and sometimes caused by us. It’s not like cheating the people.

If you hadn’t considered me, you would not have responded. Price errors have been there since the time e-commerce started. Sometimes they honor it or compensate to maintain goodwill. In a market place, it is difficult to honor as it is seller dependent. When people make mistakes, forgive, forget and move on… not take them to task.

Building such a big e-commerce website and you can’t add a double confirmation when adding price for the product. If you make an error then you must never repeat it again and find a way to fix it . This is not first time price error is showing up. Why should we the buyers after paying for the product get disappointed ? If the error was yours then you must pay for it right?

Yeah how dare they can have my money for few days? It is my hard earned money and I dont want to lend it to anyone without an agreement. It is very simple. Paytm sells product with commission and I buy the product from paytm website so I decide if I want the product or refund but not them . How dare they hire some humans like you keep doing mistakes always and justify they are the best in the world . If humans are prone to make errors Let there be someone or something to double confirm it.
