If Camera and performance is your priorities go With Moto G4 Plus..Great camera in class and good performace and also stock Ui experience with Android N
Also you can check Redmi note 4 if u like that you can get 32gb and 3gb ram Model for Rs10999 at Flipkart

If you want camera go with lenovo k6 power with snapdragon 430 soc or if you can sacrifice little bit of camera then go with redmi note 4 with way better snapdragon 625 soc. for your kind of requirement i think honor 6x would be best but that will be priced around 15000 so if you can increase your budget then honor 6x is good deal but video shooting is not good in honor 6×.
