Please help.
Recently I got a SBI cc. I used this on MobiKwik twice with different amounts, but my cc statement shows four debits in place of two. i.e. dual billing for both the transactions.
I filled a transaction dispute form with SBI cc. But will this help? Will they refund the double debits?
Please comment you experience, if have.

It gets reversed after contacting MobiKwik.
They charged it twice, but refunded the second payment of both the transactions.
But I wonder, how they charged it twice with only one Authorization with just one OTP?!!!!
Is MobiKwik safe?!!!!

This happened with me with 2 different SBI Credit cards on flipkart, mobikwik and one more merchant. ALL TX ON 5TH OCT WERE BILLED / DEBITED TWICE. Had to file a TDR with SBI to get it reversed. SBI is manned by morons who kept claiming it’s the merchant’s fault. Same issue with all merchants / all tx done on 5th oct. No payment failures / retries etc. Just double debits.
But mine is reversed on 10th by approaching MobiKwik and SBI both.
The date reversal, however shows is 5 October itself, but on 10 October.
Date of reversal in SBI cards always shows the original date of tx instead of the actual date of reversal. I received a refund from a merchant after 3 months. Date was shown as 3 months prior to the actual refund ( I had booked a hotel room in advance and canceled it for full refund )
On 5th Oct all tx done on my 2 SBI credit cards were billed twice. I only reported this to SBI and not the merchants. It was refunded on 9th Oct to my card account.
Chk in wallet if credited. Was it failed transaction? U will get refund. Though happened with other CC it was automatically rectified in my case.
