Iam satish taken Maruthi shift from Varun motors in year 2017 with registration number TS08FQ8962 has given for 3rd service in Jayabheri Automotives,
HITEC City, Hyderabad on 11 Dec 2019 and paid rupees 1980 after gear oil was replaced but the oil seal cap was not properly tightened . I was out station
2 weeks and when I have planned to go to office on 28 Dec 2018 I have noticed oil drops were dropping from engine to floor.
I called my brother and narrated the problem and he told to contact automobile mechanic and in this regard I contacted Keshav motors, KPHB. when he
removed the dashboard bonnet below is the case.
1-Entire engine oil was spill over the bonnet and not even single drop of oil was there in engine oil container.
He told engine oil if not filled in the container would cease the maruthi engine and they has replaced the oil and oil cap washed the bonnet and gave me
bill of ruppes 1930 .
This is the return we as customer are getting for the trust we have laid on Maruthi authorized dealer.
2- I have called Jayabheri customer care and told that I will raise the complaint with Maruthi for the negligence they have shown to customer for the trust
we has on Maruthi . They has misleaded me saying they will check by taking the veichle and delivered it in evening with no value addition. I have send
the bill I paid for Keshav motors of rupeees 1930 asking for that amount to be reembursed.
3- Jaybheri manager kept an email saying some discount will be provided instead of reembursing the amount.
4-My only question to maruthi is, Is it the service we get from Maruthi for the belief we have in giving our veichle for service to maruthi authorised dealer.
1- Amount spend for 3rd service was sum 3910 for the same engine oil replacement twice .
2) Engine would have ceased for the negligence of Jayabheri Automotives . who will take that responsibility that this does not repeat.
3)I Work in Software firm and I could not go to office or keep Leave as I had deliverables to be provided to client which I could not with the hovoc created.
I had to face escallation from my organisatoin client for the idiotic act of your authorised dealer.
5) What is the value addition your autorised dealer has provided for the carelessness of handling the customer veichle which could have ceased the engine of veichle
If I have not acted in right time.
