Dear desidime friends,i am unable to connect wipro 9 watt smart bulb to wipro home app.Please suggest me how to do it.whenever i tried to connect,after 100% connection it says “not able to add”’. please help..

change wifi or try on a hotspot..maybe due to wifi configs!
Try resetting (Turning switch on-off 3 times)
Otherwise try using some other app to control the bulb such as Google Home or the Alexa App Itself!
Keep bulb nearer from your router
I have done yesterday… Just done on off 3 times.. it strts blinking and then connected to my router
How much near you need to keep to the router? I don’t have a socker near the router. But both devices are in same room.
Same issue i faced and I tried alot to connect Smart bulb. Then i found Wifi band should be changed from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz. Smart bulb doesn’t work while connecting to band 5Ghz. I chnaged my band with help of Wifi service provider technician, once band changed to 2.4Ghz, its connected immediately. Please try this. It will surely work.
