Ola share pass inappropriate billing and no transparency.

Hi,

I observed that Ola share pass rides have overbilling issues.

I traveled to a location which is 7.7km according to google maps but Ola always (3-4times) took more than 8km rates.

Moreover for the same pick up and drop points, the fare is changing with every ride!!! And Ola doesn’t show or mention the ride distance in their receipts nor while taking the ride.

I know for certain now that theyre playing with the customers and raking in huge profits through illegal and unethical means.
